Governor of the Bank of Canada chooses one of our soaps with Canada's new $10 bill

June 1st 2017 the Bank of Canada governor Stephen Poloz unveiled a new $10 bill to commemorate Canada's 150th birthday.

Bank governor Stephen Poloz was one of the first people to use the bill in Ottawa Thursday morning at the Hallmark Gift Boutique on Sparks St, purchasing one of Ottawa-based handmade all-natural commemorative "O'Canada" soaps. Well now, that certainly doesn't happen everyday. Wow! Thank you Stephen Poloz! Great choice.

“This banknote reflects the pride we feel about our country’s accomplishments and the hope we have for our future,” he said in a statement. Indeed!
